ART’s focus is to help individuals or investors buy and develop existing houses and apartment complexes. During the redevelopment of real estate, ART has the ability to exhibit high-quality standards, which builds a reputation that expands our clientele while maximizing income.  ART real estate is located in the city of Chicago targeting both elders and professionals.

About Owner

Tiffany L. Watkins, the managing broker is a licensed real estate broker and certified community association manager (CAM). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Howard University, Master of Art in Counseling and Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Governors State University. The accounting degree gives her the experience to help her clients maximize profits while minimizing expenses. In addition, the counseling and human resource degrees help her to deal with the various personalities that is needed while dealing with tenants and employees who occupy the leased premises.  Her years of experience managing properties and the degrees she holds allow her to be an efficient and effective property manager.
